As an associate in the Business Law department of Rupp Pfalzgraf, I focus my legal practice on advising clients in the hospitality, nonprofit arts, and broader business sectors, with particular emphasis on liquor licensing, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and the day-to-day legal needs that keep operations running efficiently.

My approach is grounded in real-world experience—before entering the legal field, I spent years working in the hospitality industry, managing everything from large-scale festivals and events to developing craft cocktail programs and overseeing high-volume operations. That hands-on background allows me to offer legal counsel that’s both practical and precise, with a clear understanding of how businesses function on the ground.

I’m deeply familiar with the regulatory and operational challenges my clients face, and I aim to be a steady, strategic partner who helps them stay compliant while focusing on growth and workable solutions.

My practice also extends to the nonprofit arts community. With a Master’s in Arts Management and prior experience in nonprofit leadership, I understand the unique intersection of creativity, mission, and regulation that drives these organizations.

I pride myself on bringing a real-world lens to every legal matter I handle. Outside the office, you might still find me competing in (and occasionally winning) craft cocktail competitions or travelling the world with my family.
